By working with Toba Clipping or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Work

Before a campaign begins, we agree in writing on the scope: number of placements, target view metrics, GEO, platforms, period, and pricing. This is set out in a proposal or email.

If tasks outside the original agreement come up mid-campaign, we quote them separately and confirm with you. New costs appear only after your confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

Our standard model is prepayment per package: 50% at the start, 50% after the period closes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Reports and access are provided once payment for the relevant period is received. Payments delayed by more than 7 days may pause the campaign.

3. Timelines

We work fast — we set a launch schedule and keep to it, provided assets arrive on time.

If your team goes silent for more than 14 days, we pause the campaign. A fee may apply if we reschedule your slot.

5. Ownership & Rights

The account network, distribution tools, and internal Toba Clipping systems remain our property. We reserve the right to feature non-confidential campaign results in our portfolio, case studies, and social media. To opt out, let us know in writing before the start.

6. Communication

We use Telegram and email to communicate.

We reply to project messages within 24 hours on weekdays. Urgent matters and calls are arranged separately.

7. Cancellations

You can stop a campaign at any time. In that case, the full scope of work is invoiced.

8. Liability

We guarantee delivery of work within the agreed scope. We are not liable for indirect damages, technical failures of third-party services (social platforms, external tools), or use of the result beyond our control.

We test and hand over the result in good faith and with professional care.

9. Confidentiality

Everything you share with us — strategy, materials, product details, internal documentation — stays private. We do not share, reuse, or disclose it without your permission.

If you would like a mutual NDA before the start, we are happy to sign one.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.

If a campaign involves sensitive material, let us know at the start and we keep everything confidential.
